Daily Rates:
- One hunter with 1 PH: $450 per hunter per day
- Two hunters with 1 PH: $350 per hunter per day
- Non-hunting observers: $180 per person per day
- Airport transfer from Polokwane International Airport in Polokwane: $150 per vehicle round trip
- Airport transfer from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg: $500 per vehicle round trip

Daily Fees Include:
- Good communication and assistance with planning your entire trip
- Service of a licensed professional hunter, trained skinner, trackers and hunting vehicle;
- Comfortable and luxurious accommodation within the hunting area during your safari with us;
- Exclusive use of hunting areas and privacy guaranteed
- All meals from our traditional menu, soft drinks and limited house-brand liquor in moderation at Tumuga Game Ranches;
- Daily laundry services, excluding Sundays and days that we switch between the ranches;
- Field preparation and skinning of trophies;
- Transport to and from O.R. Tambo Airport (previously known as Johannesburg International Airport);
- Government license fees of animals (trophy fees are VAT exempt);
- Visit (depending on time available) and transport of trophies to taxidermy in Polokwane;
- Transport between the hunting ranches is seen as part of the hunting day;
- Dinner included on arrival day only. All other meals and expenses are for clients' own accounts on earlier arrivals;
- Departure day only includes breakfast at Tumuga Game Ranches and transport to airport. All other meals and expenses wil be for the client's own account.
- Species market with a # will be hunted on concession farms, and trophy prices are subject to change.
Daily Fees Exclude:
- 14% non-refundable Value Added Government Tax (VAT) on daily rates only, trophy fee's are VAT exempt;
- Trophies of bagged or wounded animals;
- Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies to your final destination (taxidermy prices are available on request);
- Gratuities for staff members;
- Premier brand alcoholic beverages are not included in our daily rates;
- Items of personal nature such as telephone calls, internet services, curios, etc.;
- Medical expenses during your stay (medical insurance is recommended);
- Side trips
Please Note:
- All bagged or wounded animals must be fully paid, even if the wounded animal are found or not.
- Tailor-made packages are available on request!
Terms & Conditions:
Any safari is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful directions and advice of the safari operators be followed. Although reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the well-being, safety and good health of our clients, no liability will be accepted by Tumuga Hunting Safaris, its owners or employees for injury, illness or related expenses during or after your safari with us.
Tumuga's Indemnity Agreement:
The Client agrees that upon confirming his/her reservation and occupying his/her room at Tumuga Hunting & Game Ranches, he/she is accepting the Indemnity Agreement as part of his/her reservation and agrees to fully abide to the conditions as stated below.
Although reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the well-being, safety and good health of our clients, the client agrees that he fully realizes that certain risks are involved in the safari/vacation/business trip, and he/she hereby indemnifies and holds Tumuga Hunting, its agents, employees, servants, and the land owners harmless against all losses or damages whatsoever, from any cause arising and against any claims whatsoever of any nature. We will maintain care and precaution for your safety. However, we accept no responsibility for any illness, death, loss, injury, negligence, accident by road, air or hunting, or any expense arising from such illness, accident or loss.
Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms:
A $1000 deposit fee is required to reserve hunting dates. Deposits are non-refundable. PLEASE USE YOUR LAST NAME AS REFERENCE! Kindly email the proof of payment to reservations@tumuga.com. If it becomes necessary to postpone a hunt, deposits may be applied to a future hunt booking within one (1) year of the date of original reservation, if 120 days of notice is given prior to the hunt date. When rebooked for the following year, the new price structure will be applicable.
Only bank guaranteed checks, travellers checks or cash are accepted. The full bill, including trophy costs, must be settled on completion of the safari before departure.
